Trina offers a holistic approach to pain relief, health and wellbeing, using various modalities to treat the cause of pain (physical and emotional) and herbal remedies to support healing after your session.

These modalities are gentle enough to be used for babies, the elderly and everyone in between.

Trina has a special interest in women and children’s health, but is also able to assist with a wide range of issues including colic, bedwetting, menstrual issues, maternal health, menopause, sciatica, frozen shoulder, fibromyalgia, grief and stress.

All sessions are tailored to your specific needs.
